There  always is, in every man's entreprise, something that, day after day, guides decisions and actions towards a path of consistency and success. More than a century has passed since Carlo Urbani supported by his wife Olga and her invaluable help, not only became pioneer of the truffleculture in Italy, but also the first to organize the artisan manufacturing of  truffle and a large commercial activity around its trustworthy 'Diggers" of truffles.   After him, only one impulse has continued to guide our entrepreneurial action: love for truffle.

This precious and mysterious "fruit" of the earth has seduced men and women of all times and continues to tempt the noble palates of good cooking experts with its unmistakeable flavour and aroma. Truffle, protagonist not only of a company activity, but of a real and proper cultural cornmitment. We have dedicated exhibitions, trade fairs and many conventions to the "cult " and to the knowledge of truffle, until giving life to a brotherhood of famous celebrities, that from the value of this table diamond, have created an occasion of friendship and of worldliness.
